Verses on the Sutra-burning platform
The paths and gates are cold, and overgrown with moss,
Anyone who comes here will linger for long
The Azure Cow idly spoke of going through Hanguan Pass
But the White Horse personally arrived from India
To settle the dispute, they relied on the fire
Desiring to separate the true and false, a high platform was raised.
The spring breeze knew: amongst the chaos
It blew away the ashes of the Daoists of the day.
Thi poem refers to an incident in the Han dynasty where Buddhism was first intrpduced to China. The Daoists challened the newcomers to a test of miracles: the scriptures of both sects were set alight and the true sect's books would survive. The daoist's books were reduced to ashes and (according to Master Hsuan Hua) the daoist challengers died on he spot from rage. For more see this account by Master Hsuan hua (starting with the words "The Buddhadharma was transmitted to China during the Han Dynasty (206 b.c. A.d. 220)..." https://www.cttbusa.org/42sections/42sec_a.asp.html .
you can find copies of the poem here https://baike.baidu.com/item/题焚经台/12568082 and in this copy of the金剛經科儀寶卷 Ritual Manual of the Diamond Sutra and here https://vocus.cc/article/64e7067bfd89780001301c87. in the latter two sources its attributed to Tang Taiszhong
The Azure Cow refers to Laozi's departure to the West after leaving behind the Daodejing. The White Horse refers to the legend that the earliest buddhist documents were transported to China on a pair of white horses.
